A: Personal reminders are reminders that get sent out to you with up to 4 intervals. Three of the intervals can be as early in advance as you want (1 month, 1 week, 3 days in advance for example). The reminders can be for birthdays, anniversaries, appointments or just to remind you to take your pills.

Q: Why didn't I receive a romance tip of a personal reminder in my email?
A: Rominder.com strives to make sure you receive every romance tip and personal reminder but there may be reasons you do not receive them. The main reason we have found is that your spam filter is blocking emails sent by Rominder.com. Make sure that you put Rominder.com in your allow list in your spam blocking software. Rominder.com will try and redeliver any email that gets returned up to 4 times before it gets deleted.
