•  Rominder.com provides emails of romance tips and reminders of important events. Rominder.com will do everything in its power to see that your emails will be delivered. However, due to the nature of the Internet, we can not guarantee every email will be delivered (Spam filters, outages of servers, and other circumstances beyond our control may interfere with the timely delivery of your reminder). We assume no responsibility for events missed due to undelivered emails.

•  If for some reason the tip or reminder can not be sent out at the scheduled time of delivery, we will try to redeliver the email for 48 hours. If after that period the email is still undelivered, we will abandon and delete the message.

•  You agree to not hold Rominder.com responsible for any damages caused by a missed reminders or tips.

•  Rominder.com does not guarantee that the romance tips that are sent out or are in the database will work for you. Rominder.com does it's best to suggest quality romance tips.

•  While we appreciate your suggestions, any suggestions you make, or have made, for improvements to Rominder.com become property of Rominder.com and may be used with no further compensation to you or other third parties.

•  You acknowledge and agree that all content and materials available at Rominder.com are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights and international laws.

•  Except as expressly authorized by Rominder.com, you agree not to sell, license, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works from such materials or content. Systematic retrieval of data or other content from Rominder.com to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from Rominder.com is prohibited. In addition, use of the content or materials for any purpose not expressly permitted in these Terms of Use is prohibited.

•  Reproduction, copying, or redistribution for commercial purposes of any materials or design elements on Rominder.com is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of Rominder.com.

•  In consideration of your use of Rominder.com, you agree to:

  –  Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by Rominder.com's registration and payment forms (such information being the "Registration Data")

  –  Maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, or Rominder.com has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, Rominder.com shall have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of Rominder.com (or any portion thereof).

•  You will receive a password and account designation upon completing Rominder.com's registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to immediately notify Rominder.com of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security and ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Rominder.com cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply.

•  You agree that Rominder.com, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of Rominder.com, and remove and discard any content within Rominder.com, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if Rominder.com believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the Terms of Use. Rominder.com may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing Rominder.com, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to Rominder.com under any provision of this Terms of Use agreement may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that Rominder.com may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account and/or bar any further access to such files or Rominder.com. Further, you agree that Rominder.com shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to Rominder.com or for your loss of any data or information you have stored on Rominder.com. Should you decide to cancel your account, you may do so by emailing support@Rominder.com. Any unused credits or funds in your account shall be forfeit upon cancellation.
